Tell us the headcount, the current level and what the training is for, and we will come back with a curriculum outline and an indicative cost. The conversation is free, and early-stage enquiries are welcome — including ones where the answer turns out to be that training is not what you need. United World Inc. is a licensed employment placement agency (permit no. 13-ユ-318258).
How it runs
You get in touch
Headcount and objective are enough to start.
Conversation, online, free
The demands of each role, and a concrete description of what improvement would look like.
Trial lesson and level check
Two people at the same "N3" can have completely different gaps. We check rather than assume.
Curriculum and quote
Frequency, duration, content, indicative cost. If a Japanese subsidy scheme may apply, we say so here.
Delivery and reporting
Online, one to one. Attendance and progress go to your named contact.
What we will ask
| Question | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| How many people | The single largest factor in cost and scheduling. |
| Current level | Speaking, writing and listening diverge widely at the same JLPT level. |
| Their role and industry | So the vocabulary and the situations come from their actual work. |
| What "done" looks like | Sending client email unsupervised is a different programme from passing N3. |
| When you want to start | Instructor allocation. |
| Whether a subsidy is in play | Some schemes constrain the format and the records required. |
Japanese public subsidy schemes can cover part of the cost of Japanese-language training for foreign employees. The detail — eligibility, rates, deadlines, and the instructor qualification requirements that decide whether a provider counts — is on the Japanese side at 助成金ガイド, with primary sources and the date each was read.
